Somebody ordered a pizza with Jalapeños and Jack, naturally, had the courage to try one out.  While not as seasoned as his Texas cousins, he's earned the name "Pepper Jack."

This is a short video of the "Pandemic Project" that Steve worked on with the help of Ellie.  There are a number of exciting "secrets" to the project such as Opa and Oma's plate where Warsaw is.  The Rose-Hulman place where Terre Haute is located is Steve's plate.  The plate above it. JDRF, is from our neighbors and friends.  The plate where Rensselaer is from Steve's first new car, a Honda CRV.
